The 8th Grade Exploring Technology course continues where the Technology 7 course leaves off. Instead of only exposing the students to a glimpse of the various areas of technology, students get an in depth look at some of the topics including: Hot Air Balloon Travel, Screen Printing, Egg Drop Challenge, and many others.

This course's goal is to show students how science, mathematics, history and other classes that they have taken at school play an important role in enabling the human race to advance technologically.

Students will be meeting with Mr. Hollstein for 30 class periods during the first and second marking periods throughout the school year.
